This is an group of people who have helped the SPCA on many cases.  Especially a woman who surrendered 13 puppies that needed to be vetted, groomed,kenneled and were all adopted out. They facilitated the vetting/did the grooming and the kennelling until the entire group of puppies went to wonderful homes. They never asked for a penny, nor did they get a penny for adopting out 13 dogs.
